Never have them match paint! Ever!!! I spent over $600 on paint & supplies & they didn’t get any of it right by a long shot! They also acted completely put out when I asked them to Match paint. I wish it would let me add a picture to show you guys.

Saturday December 9th at 12:30. They have two lanes open. 11 People in One 12 People in The second. Not one person at the store could explain why!!! Come on Lowes, you’re better than that.
It looks as though Lowe's put a returned over-the-range microwave back in the box. Just stuck the blue shrink wrap back on the stainless as best as possible. We found wood shavings inside of the microwave. We even found a drill bit from whomever tried to install it before returning. Scratches, fingerprints, etc.... I am convinced that Lowe's packaged this back up. They should of told us that this was a return item. Cost us lots of time purchasing and returning! I wish we had gotten the name of the gentleman who helped us! He was awesome! Everyone was very helpful and seemed to be happy to be at work! Not too often a lady actuallly enjoys shopping at a DIY home improvement store. We will go to this location from now on. Worth the extra 15 minute drive!
