I bought a grill for my dad the Friday before Father’s Day, asked to pick it up Saturday and was told that would be fine and to bring the receipt in. Went in Saturday to pick it up and waited for an hour while 4 different employees told me they were “looking for it in the back.” Meanwhile, the floor model of the same grill was sold to a gentleman that morning, and mine was somehow nowhere to be found. Ordered blinds. Had issues. Sales guy and manager both “are going to do whatever they can”. Reordered. Again with the issues. Then Tim (one of the better of managers) stepped in, fixed it, and passed the final order over to Regina, who made sure there were no more issues. Always know what you want (do some research) and make sure whomever takes your order knows what you want. And for sanity and anger management purposes, find Tim and/or Regina if you need to order blinds!
Action Required:Your Merchandise Has Been Delayed Please contact us to avoid cancellation of your order. So spent several thousand dollars here - on-line service pick up is terrible at this location and now "I" need to take action because they can't deliver a simple door. Had I seen the comments from others before I started this remodel I would have taken my business elsewhere. Either clean up your act or move on so we can get a retailer that services the community where they reside.
It's where I work & I love my job unloading trucks of all the frieght and driving the forklift
Customer service is shit, if a manager reads this your employees need to be retrained
