Had the worst experience at Lowe's in Midwest City today. Went to get a microwave and got it home and it was majorly dented! Took it back and while we were there decided to help a friend get a fridge. Transaction with microwave was smooth but the fridge was NOT! PAID FOR THE FRIDGE AND WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR THEM TO BRING IT OUT TO US AFTER WE CHECKED ON IT SEVERAL TIMES. I went to Moore Lowe’s last night and was told I could pick up my dryer in MWC today. When I got here the only one they had was the display. The MOD Debbie and the staff at the MWC store were beyond great. They not only made the error correct, but they have won my service from here out. They knew the products and what features did what. I will be seeing them again in two weeks for my washer and dishwasher. Highly recommend!!!!!
