On 8/3/2020, we purchased a Whirlpool washer/dryer at the Midwest City, OK, Lowe’s for our son and his wife that was to be delivered 8/22/2020. On 8/22, they waited all day and called around 4 PM to check status of delivery. They were told it’s on the schedule to be delivered. At 8:30 PM I called to find out where the appliances were and was told by James (manager) they were on back order and are “scheduled to be delivered 09/27/2020”. Our son has twin one-year-old boys. Only one checkout line open at 6PM on Saturday 8/15 and about 15-20 potential customers waiting to trade money for products. I had seen this just a few week prior as I entered the store and and at that time and without losing my stride I turned around and went elsewhere to spend DIY money. It would be great if someone in installation actually answered the phone or anyone in the store at all. Yesterday I called for 3 hours before someone answered and said “sorry we can’t be in the office so we didn’t see your item came in until you called.” Today I call to check the status of the other appliance that was supposed to come in today and no one answers at all. My husband and I visited your MWC location one evening in early January inquiring about new counter tops. There was NO one there who could help us. They took our information and told us that someone would call us back the next day. We now have new counter tops we purchased from Home Depot, as well as a new over the stove microwave, new sink/faucet and we will be putting new counter tops and sink in our bathrooms. No one ever called us back so we went to Home Depot!!
