The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that EVERY time I need help loading an item, another customer has to help me load it after I wait forever on a Lowe's associate. Next time I ask for help loading, I intend to block the register until my help arrives.
Ripped our kitchen floor bringing in a new fridge, can't get anyone to call me back now that it has been 2 weeks. May I add this is their 2nd mess up resulting in our floor having to be replaced in a year and a half. I'm so frustrated with this situation and will be contacting corporate over the matter. I am taking all my major business elsewhere after this!
