So I ordered two gas ranges , one for the in law apt and one for the main house. No biggie , ordered them paid for them, set up the gas company to switch them over. They said they wi be delivered in a week. So la la la week goes by, nothing. Stopped in today to get some other items, buzzed down to appliances to get a status and guess what.They were never ordered! Sales guy says the process failed. bought a brand new frig from lowes and the door handle kept breaking off just opening and shuting it had them replace the handle 3 times and the same kept breaking off didn't bother to get another handle so we open it without a handle will never trust to buy another aply again shame on their shabby quality

Appliances are junk. After replacing the rubber 4 times on my front loader washer, it is broken again and leaked everywhere. Lowes told me that my extended warranty expired 2 months ago. She was so sorry, but nothing she could do.
I LOVE the garden center at Lowes!! I'm a nature photographer and am allowed to take my camera and capture the wildlife I see. Last week, I captured a black female swallowtail on a butterfly plant.
