We reached out to Lowe’s to have a fence installed. They were quick to come out, design and quote the fence, and take 100% of the cost... then told us it will be about 4 months before they would install. Installation was scheduled for Sept 15th. I stayed home- no show/no call from anyone, including our “Project Manager”. Get a call from the Installer- they’re coming on the 16th. workers are rude and lazy. They just lost a customer in myself today who spends tens of thousands there annually.
I ordered a dishwasher and there were two men who showed up at my door and REFUSED to put a mask on for the 10 minutes it took to remove my old dishwasher and bring in a new one!! Not even an attempt to cover their faces in my small house. Your selfish behavior is exactly what is spreading the coronavirus. Thank you for making my life more stressful and exposing me to god knows what. THANK YOU LOWES!!!!!!
Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever encountered...It started with a cashier named Bonnie, then Tarby and also Leroy....My son and I were literally in disbelief....Some of the employees in certain departments have been fantastic to deal with, the entire front end however are consistently rude and condescending, don't waste your time asking for a manager, the clique runs deep with the front end employees apparently....instead of attempting to hear the customers side of the story, they stand with their co-workers.... RecommendedEvery time I go into the store I am greeted by smiling faces. They are very helpful with anything that I need. Bill One of the Pro Services team members also does a great job of going above and beyond for all customers. :)
