Y'all lost a sale today. My husband and I was waiting about 20 minutes on someone to help us in the appliances. never got any help we was going to buy a stove. Good job at doing a bad job.
We had a great experience.We dealt with Dustin in the appliance dept,he was very professional and helpful.We purchased a refrigerator,and later found out it was too big,so they gave us our money back no problem.We had it delivered and they hadn't put on there to take off the other refrigerator,the delivery man called and had it arranged so we could go and pay,and they hauled it off.
If you have a Military Discount and a price changes lower than what you paid you can not get the difference. Because the 10% gave you a lower price is BS. I did the math and I get more money back. Price I paid $299 discounted $269.10. Price now is $279 discounted would be $251.10. Would not do a $18 price difference to satisfy a Veteran. Never had a problem with Home Depot.
Maurice in lumber was awesome. I had a 3/8 x 36" wooden dowel that I needed 4 pc cut to 3" long. First attempt failed. He was persistent and did it!! He was incredibly friendly too!! My son's bunk beds are together now thanks to Maurice!!
