The one in Anniston Alabama didn’t even take the time to install my washer and dryer.
Don't buy an appliance from Lowes if you need delivery and installation. purchased a stove, washer and dryer. Stove was delivered on time, but had to be returned. didn't fit. We were told the dryer didn't come in, so we opted to have them hold the washer. 3 weeks later we call them. Where's are stuff? Oh it's sitting in the warehouse. We'll deliver in 2 weeks. Lowes needs to do a better job updating their online inventory. I saw where lowes had 2 pressure washers in stock. I go to the Anniston store. They didn't have any. The associate said that I could go online and they could ship one to the store. I go home and order one. Today, I check and my order #418836431. It was canceled. I wasn't notified. This is not the first time, I have made a special trip to the Anniston store to get something and they have not had it. Although they are showing they have it in stock. Their associate... read more
