Ordered a gas stove with a Saturday delivery. My adult son was home for the delivery, but the deliverymen arrived with no tools and were unable to unscrew the two screws attaching the stove to the wall. They left the new stove sitting in our dining room. We've been calling and stopping in the store continuously for four days now. They simply refuse to come back and finish the install. Horrible customer service. Very slow to answer phone. Associates never know where things are or what is coming in when. respond need to talk with management. Never have things needed in and takes forever to get items. Who would think of getting mulch in spring of having filters in stock for area homes.
They keep their bags of Paver Base outside. (the sand that goes under patio pavers) The material is wet and clumpy inside the bags making it impossible to use for it's intended use.
I ordered a dishwasher six days ago and it hasn’t been delivered or installed yet. I called and left a message for the installer who is never in the store and he hasn’t returned my call yet. I have tried to call the store again today and no one answers any extension. Guess I’m going to have to spend my one day off getting a refund and going to Home Depot. I’m very disappointed.
I just called for the last 41 min to have someone answer the phone. No one answered after literally 21 calls. On the 22nd call I spoke with Tyler. I asked for a manager and told him I'd come in personally and ask for him and a manager if he did not follow through with getting a human being on the phone. He put me on hold for 11 min and then disconnected me. This is the quality of personnel at this location.
