Order a gas grill online for Dec.26 th delivery. Called to verify delivery at the Cinco Ranch Location And was on hold for over 30min. Finally called back and was told by a representative that the grill would be delivered sometime today (26Dec). Around 6p called back to find out the delivery progress, delivery personnel was closed and still no word on delivery. Customer service is horrible!
the ONLY reason i came here is because i had gift cards. EVERY experience ive ever had at lowes is trash!!!! You can legitimately wander around confused af and EVERY employee will just walk past you!! i was just there for 45 minutes, 6 employees past me by without a greeting or asking if i needed help or if i was finding things ok. NOBODY was even in the department i was shopping... youd think they would ATLEAST have 1 person in tha paint department. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

HORRIBLE customer service. Bought a grill tonight and waited an hour to have it loaded into my car. Asked multiple employees for help but another customer is the only one to help me. Will never shop at this location again!
Don’t do it!!!! Horrible customer service. Go to Home Depot or anywhere else. I bought a dishwasher two weeks ago two be installed to days later and it is sitting in my dining room. They delivered the wrong one the first time. We have called them over 20 times have been put on hold bunches transfer it a lot and hung up on four times. Final answer today, by Travis who is not listed as the store manager but told us as such. That even though we were scheduled to be installed today they cannot do it. Horrible! Impossible to get anyone on the phone...after spending lots of money on window coverings. Called this store at least 30 times and not ONE time has anyone answered.
