My mother had major issues with a Maytag/Whirlpool washer after 1 1/2 years of purchasing it. So, she purchased another one just like it hoping the whole situation was just a fluke. We were supposed to get a new refrigerator today, they called us yesterday to tell us it would be delivered today by 6 pm, never showed up. When we called about it, we were told, “ the delivery was canceled by Albert this am. Who is Albert? His name is not on the order, some random can cancel your delivery, WTH? Then we were told since it was an online order, not their problem, call the 1-800 number?? Unbelievable!. I wish H‑E‑B sold appliances.. they can fall out of bed and do better than this.
I purchased an appliance that should have been delivered on Friday. No call, no show. So I called and sat on hold for 15 minutes just to be told it’s “probably “ going to be delivered Sunday but they would Have someone call to verify. Fast forward to today and I call back, wait for 18 minutes just to have to leave a message and hope someone calls back. Hope to hear from you soon Janet.... possibly the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while..
RecommendedIt is evident The GM of this store is a terrific leader by the culture I witnessed while shopping. 1st impression, parking lot is very clean and the employees are parked in he very back of the lot leaving the closer spots for customers. Every associate I encountered acted as if they WANTED to be there. I asked two different associates where to find items, both out of their departments. I have called the Cinco Ranch store 8 times over the last day and it will ring once and then disconnect me. I sent an email to the Lowes Customer Care email address and got no response. I did not get one of the items in my Online Order when I picked it up in the store and yet cannot get in touch with anyone to credit me back. I don't want to drive to the store since I'm trying to cut down the number of times I'm around people given the Covid-19 situation. No Customer service at this store- Went to Lowe’s at 7pm to shop for a kitchen faucet. We viewed all the faucets for 15 mins or more on our own. We needed help, looked around and there was no one in sight to ask for advice, not 1 person. My husband peered inside an employee area door opening to ask for help, an employee walked out to say he’d find someone and we waited 10 mins...still no one walked towards the kitchen faucet aisle to help us.
