Was there yesterday Lisa in plumbing you were awesome smiling friendly approached customers asking if needed help. Then to get husband what he needed after letting old piece at home. And remember when he was there about a month before what he got was just awesome. Even had to make a return trip yesterday because he said wrong size you made stopped to help get it right with another employee you could have acted like you didn't see me there and continue on your way for your coffee but you came laughing and helped. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helped us with the supplies and tools needed to hang shelving in the new home and in the garage (mounted through cinder block).
I went to find parts for my window air conditioner. The employee I approached was not helpful and spoke as little as possible. Expected to find helpful, knowledgeable people and didn't.
Customer service is greatly lacking in this store. Because we live close by, I have been here often unfortunately, and have never once had a good customer support experience here. Today I went in to the kitchen area. My son and I were walking around talking and looking at kitchen options. The girl at the counter was on her computer. Not once did she look up at us or make eye contact, and certainly never once asked if there was anything we needed. 11:25AM on a Saturday and they have ONE employee working paint and the flooring department. The line at the paint counter is 5 deep and I need a piece of carpet cut. Forget it!! As I am walking out of the store I couldn't help but notice that there were 4 cashiers. 3 of them were standing outside of their registers waiting to check someone out....hey Lowes...no one can pay for merchandise they can't even get help to buy!! Customer service is does not exist at this store. Don't expect a Lowe's employee to help cause it's not gonna happen
Although purchasing our refrigerator was great, delivery is awful. Set up for it to be delivered today and was told Friday it would be another 7-10 days. Will not get appliances here ever again.
