Worst experience EVER!! Charged my account twice for an online order and pushed delivery dates back twice with no notice! Still havent received my product after they emptied out my bank acct. NEVER AGAIN!!

My wife was in the Lebanon PA store today and lots of shoppers were not wearing masks. At checkout, she asked the cashier if masks were required and the cashier replied that you do not have to wear them if you don’t want to. Then the cashier told my wife that Lebanon will be in the green phase next week. Of course, this isn’t true and she obviously does not understand that even in the green phase, masks must be worn and CDC guidelines should still be followed. Easy to find products! I can always did what I’m looking for
I don't recommend the Lebanon location Plumbing department. Those guys don't know what the proper process for having their contractor install a toilet. Go see Ken at the E. Lancaster, PA store for your Plumbing needs. He could teach those guys in Lebanon a thing or two.
yes, was a wait but got what we wanted
ordered an item online for in-store pickup, go in, no item. The lady, JoAnne, at the pickup are had the personality and customer service skills of a wall. No solution was offered so I had to tell her to order me another.
Ordered windows that were supposed to be in September 2, 2018.. It’s now the 10th and they are still not in. I call every day and every day they give me another date. Spoke to the store manager and by his tone of voice you could tell he could care less. I should’ve ordered them from Home Depot. You get better service from them. I have more windows, doors and a microwave to get. Lowe’s doesn’t deserve my business.
Took over an hour just for someone to tell me if they had the appliance I wanted or not
