My mother was just there to buy a new lawnmower and had horrible service. The guy in that department was not friendly at all and when she asked him questions he treated her like she was dumb. Did not help her get the lawnmower at all. Luckily my son was there to help her. Then while checking out, the lady hated her job and let it show. It was an inconvenience to her. You need to tell your employees to treat peiple a little better in your stores or your gonna lose alot of customer.
Very disconcerting when you advertise 12 pack annual flowers 2 for $16.00 and ask the cashier where they are and she asks another worker and they don't know either. Neither of these workers attempted to find out for me. It was like too bad so sad. They didn't care. Terrible customer service.
My husband loves Lowes & he shops there all the time. The employees are always so helpful & pleasant.
Bought some blinds for my living room. Price was OK. Selection on hand was good. The trimmed them right there to fit. My only complaint was that they did not have the triming tool for several types of blinds. They style I wanted for my bed rooms I had to go to Home Depot for as they can trim almost any thing there and I did not want to custom order them.
Dear Lowe's, you're right the probability that I ordered two of the exact same refrigerator and electric stove is much more likely than the probability that you screwed up and charged me twice for the same thing. Good thing your customer service representatives are smart enough to know when somebody's trying to pull something over on them.
Non existent customer service. They carved me for tack strips that they never put in. Have tried three times to to get my money back. My carpet is fraying. They have not come out to look at it. It's been months. Michelle and Amanda in the flooring department are clueless. Manager could care less.
I drive all the way out to the Sylvania store to buy the 2 palm ferns foe $16.00 that is NOW behind advertised on TV and am told "we don't have those-never got ant- sorry". WTF!!! False advertising to get you into the store!!!!! Unacceptable and I will stop shopping Lowes. No one seems to care at all!!!!!!
