I really like this store till today. No one in paint. And they couldn’t even ring up a 2x4. After 10 minuets I gave up and walked out. Lowe’s you really need to train your staff better.
Went to customer service talked to Chris. He was great, he listened to what I had to say and treated me with respect. He took care of my problem. Mark finished the sale. I upgraded. Thank you mark for your input. Thank you Chris your service was wonderful. I need two more appliances and will get them at lowes on Alexis road on Toledo
Brought a customer in to order kitchen cabinets and not only did John steal the countertop work from us then he screws up the cabinet order and switched stores(no longer works there), to complicate things further no one else was in that could access the cabinet order and when I asked to speak with a manager (Shawn), he wouldn't speak with me and wanted me to speak with the head cashier instead, 7 years of buying as much of my construction materials as possible from this store out the window.
