Dale is a rude incompetent turd that doesn’t know what a straight line is or how to use scissors. He shouldn’t be working anywhere in the store besides separating nuts and bolts in a closet, away from any humans or blades.
ELDERY BEWARE! Poor Delivery Coordination- My mother went into the store to order a stove. When she returned home she realized that the cord needed to be changed and called customer service to take care of the switch. First, the cord was sent out without the stove, so that delivery never happened. Then, the stove arrived, without the cord. Luckily, my husband and I were with her for the delivery. Penny and her team at this Lowe's location are incompetent and rude. I will never spend another cent at Lowe's. I ordered a refrigerator for a new house a month ago. Since then I have been dealing with the rudest, most vile people in my life. They have confirmed the delivery TWICE. Then day of called with no fridge. We order flooring with the flooring department manager and paid 5k cash then financed $1800. When the flooring was delivered we put it in the sunroom which was freezing at the time. The deli every driver that came throughout the entire house did not say it has to accumulated in the house with the heat on. When the install was supposed to happen, it was postponed by two days. The customer service experience is a nightmare
I like the Lowe’s in Monroe Michigan which is closer to my home and I know an associate there and her family as well
Staff was wonderful and we were able to get everything we needed to make an outdoor shelter for our stray colony for this coming winter without spending an arm and a leg.
