Had a Lowes gift card for 100.00 and tried to use it. Hung up the system and now they tell me it has a zero balance. Problem is that it didn't deduct 100.00 from my purchase and this so called supervisor is on my last nerve and wanting me to leave without a 100.00 on the gift card. Hmmm who is getting screwed here! They are getting ready to lose a customer for life!
