Contracted and paid for master bathroom remodel in December 2015. As of August 2016 still don't have a working bathroom. Best case scenario is they will tear it all out and start over late September. Would not go this route again. Same contractor also installed a new dishwasher for us by bolting it to the face of our cherry cabinets, leaving big holes and splitting the wood. Still waiting on resolution of this issue as well.
They are not helpful whatsoever and the departments are always assigned to people who have no knowledge about that department. There's buckets all over the place, that makes it impossible for me to push my lumber cart when its raining! The employees are always on there phones and never ask to assist me. There are also never enough registers open, people are trying to get places quick especially the contractors like myself. Their outrageous interest rates and poor customer service.
Buyer beware of extended warranty offers at this Lowes. My son got screwed.
