Most employees aren’t very nice or friendly or even ask to help. They stand around chatting or you can’t find one employee. Every lowes I have been to besides this one always says hi and ask if they can help you find something.
We had Lowes install a new hardwood floor. The floor is lovely and a minor issue is being fixed BUT please someone make this an entire system so that it includes the touch up painting even if there is an extra charge. As we age we simply can't do these things. AND now we will need to contact someone to paint and move the furniture again. Increase your renew and customer satisfaction by including this option in the original contract PLEASE!!!
They sell a product and can not service it and then tell you to call their customer service. Well you wait on hold forever and still get no satisfaction. These people are incompetent and sell with misdirection. Go buy local instead.
You would think spending several hundred a month in a store and having a Lowe's credit card would get you somewhere. Not with these people. They claim that I can't return some Christmas items I purchased the day after Christmas because company policy is that I must return them before December 31st. Even though they where unopened, had the receipt and used my Lowe's credit card. I explained that I had purchased a week before and my wife simply didn't like what I had purchased. Didn't care. I have never bought 1 thing from your store because I live in KY but hearing what my friends Michelle Lane Kellum and their family has had to deal with from you all I will never deal with you all. Not in Gallatin and probally not buy anything else from any Lowes again. Lowes of Gallatin you need to do the right thing by this family give them all their money back and do the work they have been waiting on for a year now for free!!!!!!!
