Had a problem with a Chargriller Akorn. All the finish came off in just 2 weeks. Chargriller wouldn't honor their warranty and wouldn't stand behind their product. I called Lowes in Republic and told them. They said "Just bring it in". They took care of me with no problems.
They didn't even know they had the item I was looking for, and even though an associate was *very helpful* in trying to find what I needed, he couldn't find it either. He had to ask someone else, and it wasn't even where he had been looking, and it wasn't even the right item as advertised online, and said the store had 23 available for pickup. The item was a Mission cooling towel. I found it at a different Lowe's.
Went there today to buy a refrigerator and two workers was talking we just stood there and never did get anyone to help us so I guess we will go elsewhere
I love Republic Lowe's! Every employee I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.
Extremely sad that the members of our military who have served time for their country can not receive a discount except on holidays...the same discount that you give active and retired military any day of the year. As a former employee of Lowes Home Improvement this was never a issue at the store I was located at. This is a "store policy" that needs fixed.
I buy Stanley fat max because of the lifetime warranty you don't honor that warranty I went elsewhere hahaha got what I wanted you said they were warrantied
