We paid $2000 for a new GE refrigerator. After 13 months of having it it stopped making Ice. We have had 5 service calls with no fix. We are now going on 2 months without ice and waiting for our 6th service guy to come. Not happy!! 1st guy came and was here 30 min. and just flushed the line and shot more water in the line. DO NOT GET YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE FROM HERE!!!!!!! It is missing HUGE gaps, most of the needles fell off while trying to fill in gaps. It is HORRIBLE!! Frasier Firs are NOT A GOOD IDEA!! $50 paid that I completely regret!! Lesson learned!
Currently have a heating pad on my back because I helped my husband load lumber in our cart while several employees walked past us not offering help. I'm 5'3" wearing heels and struggled to lift treated 2x12's over my head, heavy lumber and sheets of 3/4 inch particle board in our cart. I was sweating when we reached the cashier and asked for help to load it on our trailer. That "help" never came and I once again had to handle and help load it. The republic store just happens to be the one in my town. The people that work there are great. But as far as the corporation they don't care about customers. Lowe's home improvement store's lost a costumer today. They don't care about their costumers even if you buy (their) extended warranty and they find your product not worth fixing. They send you a check for what you bought it for. Also excluding the 4 years left of the warranty you purchased from them.
