I would like to take the time to thank and acknowledge Jenette(who I think works at the blinds department), On her 4th day of working there helped my family and I when no one else would. She helped us with all our flooring questions even though she didn't even work in that department. She was so great she even made sure they pulled down a pallet for us and walked it over to our truck. It was a great experience after having had been ignored for what felt like 2 hours. Lowes in Carson City is supposed to stay open until 10:00pm, they closed @ 9:55pm. I know it's late and everybody wants to go home, but I work at the DMV and if I turned off my phone or locked the doors 5 minutes early, that would be not right. All I wanted was to return a curtain rod that was pre-sold and we bought it but it was returned with only one bracket. The doors are supposed to be open the hours advertised.
