No one to help us, waited 35 min for a salesperson so we went to Home Depot and a really nice salesperson sold us our new washer and dryer
awesome people and products. Really appreciate the veterans parking even though some that park there aren't.
Not enough help and more responsibility than what we have people for. Not enough pay for what they want you to do if you work delivery/receiving
I encourage anyone looking for appliances to steer clear of this store. We ordered a refrigerator that was delivered badly dented and with broken drawers which was replaced by another broken part. Sadly that was only the beginning of the nightmarish customer service we received. It took us over 2 weeks, many phone calls and almost daily visits to the store to even get service. They lied to us over and over again about scheduling service and delivery, blamed and bad mouthed each other, and dropped the ball over and over with ... read more
I needed to return some items I purchased a week before and everything went great I also saw they were hiring and that was great also
2 different times ive ordered an appliance and went to pick it up and its not there like they said. The answer I get "They lied to you." Still waiting on a delivery that was supposed to happen on the 29th of Sept. Call and no one knows what the hell is going on. Very poor customer service.
