On 17 Nov 2020 I purchased fence pickets online. On 18 Nov 2020 I arrived to the pick up desk at customer service. I asked if my order was ready in accordance with the email notification, and instructed to go to lumber. Bought a LG dryer two months ago from them they installed my dryer but did it wrong the duct work was all twisted has now blocked any air flow to allow the dryer to dry the clothes asked for someone to come and fix it I now have to wait over a week for a service call had to wait on the line for 40 minutes called back 3 times and that was the best I got so it would be very hard for me to recommend them to anyone but I would suggest that LowesLowe’s hires more knowledgeable people
we bought $4000.00 of lowes appliances on July 4th. they scheduled a delivery of the refrigerator and stove/oven. my wife Theresa took off work at 10am to meet the delivery folks between 12 noon and 4pm. the delivery guy called at 10:30 am to cancel the delivery of the refrigerator. no mention of the stove. I have called the Carson City, Nevada store numerous times. it seems to take 20 to 40 minutes on the automated phone service to get a person if your lucky before it hangs up on you. when I did get a manager on the phone t... read more
Curbside pickup was horrible. Why offer it if no one is working it?! I waited over a half hour for them to bring me my ONE item and still never got it. I had my young kids with me which is why I needed to utilize this service. I did not want to drag them into the store with this virus going around and it is difficult getting home improvement items with little kids. When I called to see how much longer it would be I was told “I told you it would be a while and it’s faster if you come in”. Horrible customer service.

Why have experts when you have to find your own experts so the Lowe’s experts can do their job? You’ve lost a flooring project from us as a result and you’re losing a kitchen remodel as well
Just thought I would look it up for fun. Especially since they have now taken away our Veteran’s discount on all store items and now have “exceptions”. “Ellison became CEO of Lowe's in 2018.
