I enjoy shopping at Lowes. The customer service is great. I normally spend thousands of dollars a yr at the store. However, I recently got carpet installed. The installers (KLUGE BROTHERS)did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home. The carpet company refused to pay, and Lowes is simply pushing me off to there insurance company. Because of this Lowes may loose mine and my families business for good. I expect more from you Lowes. Prove to me you take care of your customers!
I was in Lowes tonight buying paint when after check out my child dropped the bag spilling paint everywhere. I was horrified as paint started oozing everywhere. The amazing workers at Lowes helped me with the situation and cleaned up the huge mess. I feel horrible for causing them so much more work but they were reassuring and way too nice for what happened. Their website says same day service for water heater service if you call before noon that day, don't count on it, I called at 7:50 AM and the water heater wasn't installed until the next evening. And installation cost, lets say Marv's says max of $200.00 dollars, Lowes charges $324.00 quite a bit more. So becareful be using their services, they don't live up to their promises or ads.
