They should deliver there equipment on they days they say they will. Customers should not have wait 3 more day because the "system" screw up or the Delivery person is sick. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company that Cheyene Lowe's.
horrible service the people did not give a s*** about what I needed to do I was going to possibly order a big deck through them today but because of the attitudes of everybody there I'm going local for small business and I'm going to pay more
Ordered carpet almost a month ago, (3 days short of month), still no carpet. It was not shipped until Thursday January 17. Was informed it is Denver and could take up to a week to arrive from there. Denver is 100 miles from Cheyenne and it may take another week to arrive? Where was the carpet shipped from? Georgia. And it only took 5 days to travel across country. The only thing that makes this tolerable is that the salesman has been great. The rest of our home improvement needs will be handled by Home Depot.
Purchased a dishwasher on 12/11/2018. Now 12/19/2018 and have not heard from installer. Contacted store 12/17 was told that installer would call that morning. Nothing. Called store again and was given installer # to call and do his job of setting up installation. Will be going to Home Depot after work to see what deals they have then back over to Lowes to get a full refund and talk to manager. What a joke. No dishwasher for when family comes over for dinner is gonna be nice having to eat off of paper plates. Thanks Blowes!!
