Better than Depot and Menards by far.
Needed a plastic mixing tray for concrete and was not sure where it was. An employee walked with me after we found the item on the app. She said she did not know what it was and wanted to see it herself. I think she just was striving to be a great employee.
I want to give a solid shout out to James. I came in and spoke with two super unhelpful associates who told me the part I needed was not something that Lowe’s carried but I would have to order from the manufacturer. Fine. Bought other stuff and during checkout James asked me if I found everything. When I replied that I didn’t he asked what I was looking for and proceeded to pull out his phone and find it for me...in the store. He went above and beyond. Worst experience ever with the flooring department. Every single time we went in something was wrong. From no one being there or them being on their way out, to no one communicating with us where we were at in the hell hole of a process. The first two times we went in to review our quote, no one knew what was going on b/c they had failed to put our file together, TWICE! Today our "new frig" (NOT) was delivered! We had to call to make sure because we did NOT get a email or a call to confirm delivery! They hung up once so called back, I went to shower and my husband was STILL on hold when I got out of shower! Oh yes its on the way! It came unboxed and dirty & I asked if this was something new taking "NEW" items out of box BEFORE delivery???
