I have to say I left the Airport store and went to Nine Mile to get what I needed. The associates were very helpful ( I had to bug him 4 different times on tile questions) and even got signed up for LOWE'S card! Thank you for making my remodeling shopping trip a success. If I had to say one thing it would be that the reset of the bathroom stuff is very unfriendly! Could not find what I wanted like before.
Very sad to see that your employees need a lot of education on how to treat individuals with Service dogs. Your employees were completely out of line and very rude. They were also in violation of the Federal law - the Americans with Disabilities Act is very clear on what can be asked and what access rights service dog users are entitled to when in public places. Your store and its employees were an epic failure!
The employees need to be educated in the ADA laws. My wife was made to feel like a second class citizen at the service desk today because she had her service dog with her.
Eight Lowe's employees standing around doing nothing and I've got to wait 20 minutes for a propane bottle?? Then you want to sit there and argue with me and tell me that you couldn't assist me and switch out propane bottles because you were busy?!?! #homeDepotNextDoor
