Came in there to get a 4x8 plywood and cut request. No one came to assist. However two employees walked by talking about being rude to another customer. Little less indifference to your customers. especially us disabled ones.
Had a fridge delivered and Garion is awesome! ! best delivery ever! Efficient.. knowledgeable and even gave a courtesy call prior to coming so we could get our dogs situated! Amazing product and the integrity of the delivery ... has me coming back! Thank you! He needs a raise awesome job!
In 3 visits I have needed help, went to customer service and pushed the help button in the flooring department. All 3 times no one showed up. Twice was told by employees that walked by that they "did not know about flooring" (I get that) but they could page someone again. If you let your employees ignore the pages why even do it. Used to be a great store. Don't know what's happened to Mgt and customer service.
My family and I went in today to pick up some items for some projects. I had quite a few questions and was given good advice and plenty of help finding everything I needed. I also had some wood cut down to the perfect size and had help getting it measured too. I was helped by Erin and Dennis who were borh phenomenal and really made the experience simple. The team at the store was on point and I was offered assistance if needed from 3 other team members. Great job!
Ms. King back in appliances at the Lowes on 9 mile rd. In Pensacola Florida was very helpful in us buying a Refrigerator. Thank you for your great work.
