Let's start by saying I am normally a big fan. But, I ordered an oven 2 weeks ago and have never received it. It was scheduled for delivery from the local store last week. Now we had a hurricane hit so I understand some delay. However, I spoke with the store last Friday and they said they had made as many deliveries as they could get to on our scheduled day. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher on july 28th and it doesn’t seem to dry dishes. We have tried to reach customer service and wait times are longer than 20 minutes. That’s all I am going to wait. I,left Home Depot a long time ago but will soon try them again. Your online customer service stinks. We will have to go to the store to return our dishwasher for one that drys.

Dustin came to my assistance with just minutes to spare before closing. He was incredibly nice and friendly. He helped me find the initial item I requested, and then proceeded to help me with the rest of my list to ensure I found my items prior to closing —all while engaging in conversation about my project (a home made kids car wash)!
