Do NOT use for any type of floor installation. The company they use is late and has zero respect for customer service. Had tile installed a year again-lack of attention to detail and shoddy job. I am not a hands on person by any means but have taken up the challenge of making a photo booth for my daughters 2nd Birthday party. I honestly didn't even know where to start. As soon as I entered the store I was directed by Leslie to the lumber dept. I must've looked just as lost as I felt because Thad was quick to ask if I needed assistance. I purchased my carpet from Lowe's and had it installed. The process was ok. Install was great and I love the carpet but because I took the carpet up myself, cut rolled and ready to go. They refused to take it. Now I have to figure out how to get it out of the driveway. Let them do the entire job and save yourself the hassle. I am very disappointed that this was not explained to me at time of purchase.
Giving this place a 1 only because that is the lowest rating allowed. Purchased a sliding glass door over 2 months ago. The door arrived damaged. The damage consisted gouges in the metal frame, lock mechanism faulty and install could have been done better by a kindergarten child. 3 weeks later a second door arrives and installed. The glass frame was damaged upon arrival. Lowes manager states they will get a new door out ASAP. A month later a third door arrives. Hats off to Lowe's. I have never had any employee at Lowe's treat me wrong in anyway. They have only shown me respect and kindness.
