I had an amazing customer service experience yesterday morning. My online order at the Ft Walton Beach store was cancelled, because the item was unavailable. The employees at the Gulf Breeze store went above and beyond to help me with my order. They were all very professional and friendly. Thank you for making my day great.
Well it took me three days but I finally replaced all the cabinet doors and drawer fronts in my kitchen. As much work as it was in have to give Christine from Lowes, Gulf Breeze FL. and Shenandoah Cabinet a BIG, BIG THUMBS UP My kitchen cabinets are nine years old but they faded several years ago, and thanks to Shenandoah and Christine at Lowes, Shenandoah lived up to thier limited lifetime warranty and replaced everything mentioned above. We have been shopping there since our move to Gulf Breeze 3 yrs ago - MyLowe's......... purchasing lumber, appliances, outdoor furniture, electrical and plumbing supplies, windows, mulch, pavers, plants, plants, plants..more plants....anyways they know us there and for sure everyone is nice, friendly and helpful. Did I mention plants? LOL
Just walked into the garden center at Lowe's in Gulf Breeze and I was totally and pleasantly surprised!!! What a cute idea one employee did to their Garden Center.!!! I think all the Lowe's should take note and try the same thing. Love it. Here are just a few of the pictures that one of the employees did. I think her name was Kathy KUDOS TO HER AND THE MANGER WHO LET HER DO IT. She should be in your marketing department. Photos in comments. Posted in n my local page. Over 128 likes and comments.
They'd rather throw live plants away rather than give sell or discount
My favorite store. The people here are always extremely helpful and friendly. Please don't lose that.
