Purchased a vanity from this store and when we unwrapped it at home noticed a major crack down the center of bottom shelf. Spoke with manager Mike Byrd whom immediately wanted to rectify the issue and "make it right." So impressed with the professionalism and dedication to customer service. Lowes Gulf Breeze location will definitely be our store of choice from here in!
My AC has been out for two days. My landlord wasn't answering us and we we're desperate. I removed the contactor for my AC and took it to Lowe's in hopes of finding a new one, only to learn they don't carry them. Ross, my savior, asked to see it and took a few minutes to go above and beyond to help me. He took it apart and checked the voltage and found bad connections due to dead ants. Lowes really sucks at customer service. How do you lose a very large fridge that was picked up from my house ( by 2 very alive persons ) 21/2 weeks ago to go for in store repair !!! Now we re told they don't do in store repair and they don't know where it is ������ why should we have to spend the day on the phone trying to find out information ������
Horrible customer service. Don’t call the store and expect someone to help. They are excellent and placing you on hold forever! Horrible.
So i ordered an sos door unit was told it would be in today its been over a month since ordered called today and of course it is not here as promised even got a call from them on nov 20 saying no problems it would be here . Well i scheduled workers to help install had to pay extra to get dec 4 install no matter what so im out that money due to inept service and mistruths dont tell someone a time if you cant honor it it cost money and customer respect both of which i have lost now
