A great place to shop and to start a home improvement project. Never got bad service or products. I always had great staff member helping me with whatever I need. I do not like the automated message I get from corporate thanking me for the recent installation I purchased. I would rather have a personal contact from the local store. Bring back the real person back!
It's really bad when you buy a 125 pound water heater and have asked for help to load then you wait, and wait like you have all day for someone to come help load. that person never showed up but with the help of a good samaritan we got it loaded. Gee maybe the loaders were at lunch cause the store wasn't busy.......just saying don't say you'll do something and don't follow thru that's very poor customer service!!!
The customer service was crappy.....3 different times that I visited!!! The employees told me " I Don't Know"...."You will have to ask the cashier"....and "It's over yonder on that wall"!!! C'mon employees.....you are there to work and to serve your customers and make their visit worth the drive!!! Please.....GET OFF OF YOUR CELL PHONES and DO YOUR JOB!!!! #VeryDissatisfiedCustomer #GoingToHomeDepot

Didn't have electric box that the electric company sent us there to get. Waited 30 mins for the guy to get off phone and then tell me oh I guess I better order some. What a fucken jerk. I will gladly spend my money at other places. Piss off Lowe's you suck and so does service.
DENNIS COLE, Paint Department is to be commended for his professionalism as a Sales Representative of Lowe's Home Improvement! For the last sixty years we have shopped at Lowe's and have been assisted by many different types of sales people. Having just moved to Florence, Alabama and it being our first shopping experience at this location, Mr. Cole represented the characteristics and qualities of a sales representative that every customer at Lowe's would like to have assist them. This store is not what it once was. Lowes has always been my one stop shop for any of my home improvement and tool needs until recently.
