I bought kobalt tools with lifetime warranty, now changed to 1 year limited. Dont trust lowes to stand behind their word

We always have to look for help when we shop here. Some associates will just walk on by. Not saying all is bad but improvements are way over due. Each time I ask for Military discount rules are different. Signed up online and they still ask for ID card and and will not take DD214. Why when it is the most official document one can get?
This place sucks, wont fix my washer even though I bought a 3 year warranty with them!
I purchased a new washer from LOWES online last week. I received an email from them Saturday that delivery was scheduled for 03/27/18 TODAY! It said I would receive a call giving me a two hour window of time of delivery! I have tried to call "customer service" 3 times, each time I was on hold listening to the most irritating "music", for 15 - 20 minutes before getting fed up with the wait and hanging up! I am so appreciative of Lowe's staff right now and their efforts to help me! You see, my refrigerator died two weeks after Black Friday. Of course, their delivery orders were a mile long, but Manager Chris C. helped me in store to ensure I had a fridge the very next day. The delivery guys, David Moseley and Ben Ezekiel, were so quick, thorough, and professional, that they had come and gone within no time. (I swear it was, like, 30 minutes!)
