This is what every new owner of a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Lowe’s wants to see. It was delivered to our home on January 19th. I has been waking us up with alarm regularly in the middle of the night. This is the 3rd service call. Lowe’s won’t take it back, it’s past the 30 days. Sucks to be me!

I had a shower door installed and was told I had a one year warranty on the instillation. The fist time we showered after it was installed it leaked. I’ve made multiple attempts to have this resolved without any results.

Don't order carpet there. Took over 6months three tries. They did give us 1k back big deal. Don't buy carpet there.

I purchased an over the counter microwave that was too heavy for me to carry out. 2 managers did it for me! Outstanding customer service! (Ps. One mgr was named Micheal from appliances, the other name I didn't catch) 😊

Cant return a tool with lifetime (hassel free) warranty because ive used it to much ? How about making tools that won't break so much ! Anyway switching to homedepot

By far the worst experience at a Lowe’s to date. The paint department was completely worthless. I never write a review for a business, but today’s ordeal is worthy of a bad review. The man mixed a sample, never returned, left us sitting there, a girl came up handed us our sample from the machine—- didn’t offer to open it—dry it—NOTHING. She just walked off. Much better than the Athens, AL store!!!!! Madison has the employees that know what products the store has.
