They are the worse! Their installation company used to install doors are very unprofessional. They make appointments and then call after they are already late to reschedule. ALSO It took the company 3 weeks to input measurements for a standard door into their system. I had to make 4 trips to the store to make the purchase. No one knew how to put the order in their computer system. This whole experience has been very disappointing. Lowe’s does not live up to their name. I expected better. I have been trying to get this door since October 3 and I still don’t have it....AND ITS IN STOCK

we asked for something had to find it ourselves after being told it was out of stock we did an online search & saw 28 in stock. the person helping us got mad when we said it was in stock & told us not to tell them how to do their job

The lack of customer service at the Madison store I've read about in the other comments apparently comes from their leadership. Bill, who claimed to be a manager of some sort, demonstrated to other employees how to be of as little help as possible. I say "claimed to be" because I found out from another store, as well as their Customer Care hotline, that nearly everything he said to me was a lie, so I have no idea if his name really even was Bill. When I asked for his last name he refused to give it, demonstrating not only poor service, but shear contempt for the customer.
When I called the south Huntsville store, the manager told me it was a very easy fix and that, actually, if I didn't want to drive down there, the Customer Care line could help. He told me which options to choose in the answering system and, within about 15 minutes I was told my replacement would be in the mail in about 10 days. I had tried Customer Care earlier, but did not choose those options and had been told it could be fixed in the store as long as I had the original receipt. Their website says this as well.
I still don't know if "Bill" simply didn't know how to do his job or just chose not to. Either way, I'll find myself a block away at Home Depot or drive to south Huntsville from now on.

we normally come to Lowes in Madison a lot and spend $100 and up each time on gardening products. I was trying to find the line of the plastic to put on back seat of the car and I was trying to go back on myself see if I missed it; but this cashier came up with an attitude Saturday 1:30pm-2ish July 11th black pleated hair. Came up with an attitude grabbed it from me said you dont need this amount. FIRST IM NOT DUMB I know to look for the line just sometimes hard to see, second I didnt ask for her help I would've rolled it back neatly. But she tore it without me saying how much I needed. she needs her attitude checked. thats all wont be going in her line anymore. she is an outdoor cashier.

I do a lot of DIY and woodworking and get most of my stuff at lowes. Always great service and great attitudes!
Also I LOVE that they had curbside pickup today. My dad and I are both cancer patients and have a low immune system, we have been very cautious about getting out with the Corona virus. We were able to get the screws and stain that we needed to finish our project due to Lowes going "above and beyond" to help their customers out.

Don't order carpet there. Took over 6months three tries. They did give us 1k back big deal. Don't buy carpet there.

I purchased an over the counter microwave that was too heavy for me to carry out. 2 managers did it for me! Outstanding customer service! (Ps. One mgr was named Micheal from appliances, the other name I didn't catch) 😊
