Asked an older employee in the doors dept. if he could get someone to get a product that was out of reach. He said go ask someone else I'm tired of helping you people out. Total shitty attitude for no reason. He should probably be gathering carts in the parking lot.
People leaving unattended vehicles in the loading zone can't get in to get your order if you have a loader irritated
I do have to say lowes of winter haven is better than lowes of auburndale I live closer to auburndale store but will travel a little further to go to winter haven store
Lowes is making too many changes in personnel. They keep cutting back and after4:00, most of the time you can't find someone in the department you need. Come on Lowes l, put service back in customer service.
I'm working here from Nashville, TN. Store 1079 had the best customer service of any Lowe's I've been to. I'm a traveling contractor and I've been to quite a few. Thanks!
Visiting from California and stopped in to get some supplies for an upcoming family event. Initially, the reception was a little cold. But I was pointed in the direction of the opposite side of the store for what I needed help with, and I was greeted by Brian in the building materials areas. Brian was a great help and very patient with my looking for feedback on a DIY project we were trying to accomplish. Thanks for being so helpful Brian and for helping me to feel more welcomed in the store. #floridaroomisathing
