I can definitively say I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe's. After purchasing a new washer and dryer, we waited longer than was promised to finally have our machines delivered. When they finally decided to bring a loaner machine, they did not show up in the scheduled window. When they finally did come, they didn't even have the necessary parts to install the washer. Their delivery service messed up a storm door. Lowe’s refuses to take responsibility for their contractors. The management continually gives us the run around and closed out our complaint without telling us. Horrible management who are deceptive and wouldn’t know the truth if their tongues came notarized!!!!!
Yet again Lowes cannot follow through on promises. Have had a VERY EXPENSIVE frig for only a year and the service tech has been here 8 times. Water dispenser dispensing at will and would have flooded floor had we not been home to shut off water valve. Soooo many things wrong with it, I know the Cannon Appliance repairman by first name. I bought a new washer for mother and Lowes delivery boy didn't put the washer in place. This is the 2nd and LAST time I shop at Lowes. Your boys are extremely rude to Elderly people!
