Watch out Lowes is starting to scam customers, I needed a piece of glass cut but the piece they had was 1IN short.It was under 18 dollars. So the clerk was like i have this plexiglass. I was like let me make sure it will work. So found girlfriend who was in the store and she said lets look at it together. We go back to glass area clerk already started to cut it. So we are like ok. He hands us our piece which was 37IN by 10IN. Then says oh by the way you have to buy this whole sheet which was like 3ft by 6ft. Get to register ... read more
Assistant store manager may have been in retail for 28 years, but he never learned simple customer service. He is good at making up excuses instead of making sure staff has done their job. I placed an online order that showed an item in stock, was charged and called by an employee saying they never carried the item. He also said the order would be canceled and my money credited back. However it took me calling outside of the store to find out the order was NOT canceled and they would call the store to have them do it now. So... read more
