Came to the Bradley location to buy blinds for 4 windows today. When I asked to have them cut to fit I was told “sorry sir but we can only cut ( insert name brand ) blinds, but we can sell you a kit to cut them yourself. Looks like I have to drive over to Menard’s to purchase my $40 blinds.
It was my first visit ever into a Lowe's, I went in with my boyfriend who needed supplies for the chicken coop (work in progress), we were asked by an employee if we needed any assistance and they directed us towards the department we needed. So it's was simple enough.
Filing detailed reports to Better Business Bureau and WILL NOT do business again. Such a shame..I'm sure other companies will treat the paying customer with the courtesy they deserve.
