I have never been to a hardware store with such inept, incompetent, unhelpful staff. This store needs to be avoided. Poor customer service, staff has no knowledge in anything, and you will spend forever waiting on an answer for anything you ask. These people should be ashamed of themselves. If the Bradley Lowe's staff hates their jobs so bad, they need to leave and let people who know what they're doing take their jobs. Disgusting and shameful experience every time. Not sure how this location even stays in business.

Your store generally has what we need and we enjoy our shopping experience. But today, many of your employees were not wearing masks or were wearing them incorrectly (not over the nose). Your unmasked cashier was 12" from my face (I was masked), and not even attempting to social distance. After I swiped my LOWE'S card, she said she needed the last 4 digits, so I held it up for her to see, and her ungloved hand (which had just scratched her nose) snatched it away from me. wanted a quote for new windows. the girl coming to measure canceled on us, then didn't show up at the time we rescheduled. called the store, left a message for the manager, he never called. still hasn't and it's been a week. Finally the girl called and set up a third time, measured, sent the estimate, then never responded to my follow up email. she claims she called us before sending the estimate, but she did not. in any case, no one has followed up on my email or call to the store. i guess they don't want our money for wind... read more

Tonight we went shopping for a washer and dryer... the store closing in fifteen minutes so Josh was the attendant in the area. Whirlpool had both as a set for $858... the sign was mistakenly not taken down as the sale ended on 15th with today being the 19th... I ask Josh since the sign was up could he still honor it? He got his supervisor Tina whom came and said absolutely. Then it appeared Josh was new so she stayed with him to ensure everything went well with delivery signup, taking it away and getting the parts to be hook... read more

Terrible experiences working there , no leadership Training is a joke , they treat every employee like dirt. Customer service is a huge joke here , employees are free to leave their departments and avoid customers like the plague , selection and inventory is not maintained and high turnover . SHOP MENARDS !!!!

Worst store ever...order wrong size materials, pd in cash for new kithchen & flooring at beginning of Aug and still not half done..using small bathroom sink for 4 mos now...veru rude employees who don't return calls....wish I could post a few pics of how it is living with your kitchen in your bathroom....yuk.....I'm so mad I could have another heart attack....why pay $ for installation when they don't come and finish...#ONEPISSEDCUSTOMER👎👎👎

Rob greeted us in lighting and asked if we needed assistance. He helped us with a smile and brought our question to a manger for resolution. He deserves recognition for being a great employee. Great job 🌟
