The clerk asked me if I needed help, I asked him if they had a particular type of lamp, he told me they were all in another isle. I looked down the isle we were in, saw what I wanted and said thanks
My husband and I like Lowe's. Great selection and the prices are good. Our only complaint is that there are times when you need help and it is hard to find a salesperson.
Came in this evening and it was slow in business. Asked for help and no one came. Then stood in line and the line closed while we were standing there. When we asked the checker had attitude and then helped someone else. We ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. Unreal.
Went in twice to look for and was ready to buy a dishwasher. Understaffed both on weeknight and weekend in the appliance center. Found same items same cost at best buy and guess what I was helped immediately when i walked into the dishwasher section. Lost sale...
Bought a prject source fan that had a wrong piece in it.
