I’d like to commend the customer service that I received yesterday at the Lowe’s Antioch store on Lone Tree Way. I was having problems with the “smart locks “ that I bought and needed help. The service that I received was above and beyond from Roberto/Jose in the tool department, Fred from the paint department and I believe Kathy in customer service. Went to buy appliances and the workers were not very friendly at all. Not to mention we waited over a half an hour to get an item number to purchase an extended warranty. Won't be back for major purchases again
Ouch, ok... this review thing came up automatically, so here it goes..... it gonna hurt.... I was there yesterday afternoon. I used the restroom and watched a male employee use the urinal, shake his tool then zip, then he walked right out without washing his hands... after washing my hands, I stepped out and there he was... already helping a customer.... I’m not a germaphobe, but this was pretty gross.... I can’t help but think hand to penis to customer transfer....
Fernando saved this review. He came to the rescue after we almost left. We waited over 20 minutes and asked Syed to send someone to help us twice, where I was told "You'll just have to wait a little longer." with no apology. Then when someone did come, to be told that the concrete we wanted was outside, that we could get from there. That's where Fernando came in, he not only got our concrete, but helped my husband load our entire $460 load of wood into our truck. Best place to go for Home Inprovemernt projects. The Antioch staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Found what I was looking for but by the time I got to the check outs there was only 1 register and had to wait quite a long time just to make my purchase.
