had major problems with a delivery of a refrigerator, They were supposed to show up between 3&6,they showed up at 10:30 am,thats after we had to call them to find out that it was scheduled the next day,aftet 9 attempts at calling Cathy,who was incharge of deliverys,on the 10th try i got to speak to her,dont know why she is charge of anything,delivery process, no training for drivers on how to make a delivery, anyway,there is always some where else better to spend your money for the same or better price and no headaches, no m... read more
Always helpful. Super attentive. Guy at the paint acknowledged us several times as he was super busy mixing. Apologized a ton for it. Walked away from counting looking for tarp. Worker asked if we needed help and physically walked us all the way across the entire store to the tarp aisle. Hands down he beat customer service. We don’t go to the competitors across the street simply because service is better here
Their garden department is always well-stocked. I can find what I want and just relax in the space. The staff is always welcoming to my little pet dog. We love going there on a Saturday morning.
