The customer service sucks, only makes excuses, doesn't try to assist you further to make anything right. I returned something that had obviously been previously returned because half the parts were missing. Then was given a merchandise credit but wasn't told there were certain things you COULDN'T spend it on. Now I can't get anyone to give me a balance on the card and the phone number to call says to go into the store. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE 150 MILES TO CHECK THE BALANCE!!! Store did not have what I needed. Looking for a ramp for my shed. I'll never come back here again
Very shoddy customer service! I ordered some carpeting and was called the day after I ordered it telling me that it would be at the store on 7 Mar 15. It's a week later now and now the flooring department (Tom) is telling me that it won't be made by the manufacturer until the 30th of this month and estimated time in store is the first or second week in April.
