Gotta say, the difference between Menards and Lowes is vast! Went to Lowes today and had a rude associate. Complained to Customer service, and they had an oh well attitude. Sent corporate a message about it and zero response. Went to Menards, got excellent friendly service immediately and spent our $$ there. Choose Menards.
I bought what i thought was a new generator from this place added the .6 qt Of oil that came in the bottel it wouldnt start when i got it out to the equipment i needed it for my wife had to run all the way back to town 60 miles on gravel andcome to findout it allready had old oil so whenni added new it was overfull wtf pretty sure they had it returned before and reboxed it ��������� also never did get it to run !!! ���
So tired of the flooring department ass monkeys. Customer bought and paid for carpet on Friday. Was told installer will be there Tuesday morning to pick up. Tuesday afternoon.i stood there for 30 mins waiting to get it cut. Left .tried 8 times to call to tell them what the cuts were.but no one answered.
