Orderred a dremel tool online on Dec22. Chose 1-3 day shipping and it still had not shown up today. I called customer service and got "oooppps sorry, it is on backorder". Not even a flipping email to say its on backorder. No estimated new delivery date. First time I have ever orderred something online and not known if it was in stock. I cancelled my order and just cancelled all future business with lowes!!!
Had to wait 10 minutes for help because employees didn't show up for work on time on Sunday morning. Store opens at 8am employees come walking in at 8:10 while munching on a donut VERY disrespectful of my my time and my business Edit 2 days later, now my delivery is getting pushed back because I guess the 3PD (company that actually does the delivery) doesn't have enough employees that show up to work to allow my purchase to be delivered.....
Just spent 45 minutes arguing with two different tellers trying to convince them to give us the promotions you advertise in your flyers and on the signs in front of your products. Even after looking at the adds and me walking over and taking a picture of the sign/display we could not convince them. It saddens me that after spending thousands of dollars at your store over the years and the 200 dollars merchandise in my cart at the time, your were willing to lose a customer over a 5 dollar can of lighter fluid. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher 5/29/15. Even though it said it was in stock online, when we got to the store it ended up being a special order. It was delivered 4 weeks later, and it has never once run a complete cycle. The door keeps popping back open. The installer came back out, but couldn't repair it. Then Bosch finally had a repair company out and ordered parts 7/20 (2 MONTHS after purchase) and the parts have still not arrived as of the end of August. I went to the Lowes store last night to pick out a new washer & dryer since my set was old & my washer was making a funny sound. I knew I was on borrowed time with it. The washer I picked out was in stock but the dryer was at the warehouse & wouldn't be available for a couple of days. I scheduled delivery for both on Thursday. When I got home I started washing a load of clothes & the washer quit mid cycle. I called first thing this morning & asked if there was any way you could deliver the washer early. Just went in this morning for the Build and Grow Holiday Train workshop for our son. We were beyond impressed with everything!! The aprons, badges, the kit itself, even the employees!! Everyone who worked seemed to genuinely enjoy seeing all the excited children :D We will be back in every weekend! Thank you for doing this!!
