Great lowes! We have boughten pretty much everything for our house at this Lowe's store! The people are great here and very helpful! We ordered windows from Lowe's and they were quality windows!
Positive experience purchasing blinds from this location however installation was a nightmare. Incorrect measurements and then Installed incorrect blinds on multiple different windows. Left holes on multiple window frames. Installer simply left for us to deal with.
Just had a bad experience with trying to return a BROKEN Christmas item to store at 180th and Center - they would not take it back even though it only lasted 13 days - they were rude and it was terrible customer service. Plus if you are going to have a terrible return policy, please print it on the receipt!
Got my fresh christmas tree. The nicest employee offered to take our pic. it turned out really nice. all the employees work pretty hard out there. great store
Had a Kobalt tool chest on Father’s Day sale for $39.99 came to get it was marked $49.99 asked about it waited for 30 minutes could not get an answer. Had to go to work came back the next day it was $64.99. Customer service lady was rude and obnoxious will take all my business to Menards!
I bought a ceiling fan and paid for installation. They told me I would get call to set up installation within 48 hours. I called to follow up because 48 hours was coming to a close. The person I talked to said they’d call the contractor, and someone would call me back. Nobody called by end if business day Friday. This is the second time we’ve had this happen at Lowe’s. It’s not going to happen again. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
